One of the oldest homes in Sanctuary Point, Links House has been carefully updated to improve accessibility and functionality, with a focus on making the home easier to move through and live in.

Internally, the layout was opened up to allow better circulation and wheelchair access, while the exterior was refreshed with simple, durable materials suited to the coastal conditions.

The result is a practical and low-maintenance home that keeps the charm of the original, while making it more comfortable and usable for its current owners.
