Bage House is a renovation of a modest ex-govie home owned and built by a local Canberra  builder. The project opens up the internal layout to bring in more light and connection to the backyard, while reworking the existing footprint to add a new ensuite, laundry, and fourth bedroom - all within the original structure.

New doors and windows improve flow and liveability, with material selections and detailing kept simple, warm, and clean. A new rear deck and improved side access bring much-needed connection to the outdoors, while a future garage addition is planned to complete the works.
