Darambal House is a split-level mid-century home nestled into the slope of an east-facing block in Aranda. The original house features strong mid-century bones – brick blade walls, exposed beams, deep fascia lines, and in-fill glazing – all of which are being carefully preserved and reworked.

The renovation opens up the main living spaces to bring in more light and connection, adds a new entry deck and pergola, and reconfigures the kitchen and joinery throughout to better suit family life. Sensitive detailing, natural materials, and updated fixtures give the home a clean, modern feel, while keeping true to its character.
